Raw pasta marinara

oooh! It has been TOO long since I have posted...but I made this fantastic raw pasta marinara tonight...had to share the fantastically simple yet amazingly healthy meal with you!
Please keep in mind that one of the beauties of raw foods is that measurements are not important! Taste as you go....add more or less depending on your own preference!
For this recipe..I actually add a lot more garlic, tomatoes and Basil....

Ingredients:

4 peeled Zucchinis
2 red peppers
1 onion-vidalia (sweet)
4 cloves garlic
6 small tomatoes
lots of fresh Basil leaves
Celtic salt
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/2 green jalape~o pepper

Place shred blade in food processor, put on pulse setting and put your zucchinis in one half at a time. They will look like short linguine pieces.

Change to the S blade and chop the rest of the ingredients, without pureeing using the S-shaped blade. Use the Pulse button instead of turning the processor on and keep an eye on the consistency; it should be chunky rather than creamy.

Delicious!
Now..with a full tummy I can go finish my painting!

xoxox,
Claudia

That's great! What food processor do you have, Claudia? I need one, badly!
